I offer everything from full service design for local clients, e-design for clients across the US, to consultations. I am confident I can create your dream space with virtually any budget. You can have as much or as little hands-on involvement as you’d like when it comes to bringing the vision to life.
Consultations
Intended for those clients who have some ideas and perhaps have built concept boards and pulled links to products they love. You’d simply like to get a professional opinion prior to making all of those important new purchases. A consultation is also the preliminary step required to securing construction & layout or full service design services.
Concierge & E-design
Intended for clients who have most of their ideas and furnishings in place, but need assistance from an expert stylist to hone in on their project and bring it to the finish line with color selections, accent furniture, and decorative accessories to tie their room(s) together and bring their vision to life. This type of client feels fully capable of executing the vision once you know which direction you need to head. Digital material selection mood boards with links will be provided.
Construction & layout design
Intended for local South Florida clients who need assistance with designing smaller-scale remodeling projects, such as a kitchen or bathroom and do not need construction oversight or material selection support. I will design and render your project and provide you with the design drawings to execute your project with your contractor. This service is best utilized by clients who need small-scale renovation projects detailed with cabinetry layouts and elevations but not best served if you are looking for full home or large renovation project support where construction oversight, material selections, and project management is needed.
Full service design
Intended for local South Florida clients with large-scale projects who are looking to execute their job from start to finish. Full Service design is best suited for construction projects where Masterful Designs is managing all aspects of the design process for the majority or totality of a home (i.e. large-scale renovations). My holistic approach to the entire design of your home ensures that I will provide design and project management services through all phases of the project, from initial design concepts, through construction design documents, and final install. I recommend full service design for projects with budgets of $75,000 and above.
